Our objective evaluation framework turns dreaded annual discussions into constructive, data-centric career planning sessions.

Create evaluation groups (e.g. Technical Skills, Soft Skills) then add criteria with weight and max score. Total weight per group is validated to prevent overflow.
Groups can be toggled active/inactive without deleting data.

Run evaluations per employee in a specific period (period_start–period_end). Evaluator scores each criterion — system auto-calculates weighted_score and overall_score.
Two evaluation types: SELF (employee self-rating) and MANAGER (supervisor rating).
