Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for, accessing, or using the SalesView platform (a SaaS service developed by GILABS), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are acting on behalf of a legal entity, you warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. User Accounts & Registration
To use our platform, you must create an account providing accurate and complete information. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity that occurs under your account.
3. SLA (Service Level Agreement) Commitment
SalesView is committed to providing a monthly average service availability (uptime) of 99.9%. This commitment excludes pre-announced scheduled maintenance or outages caused by force majeure events.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Our services are provided on a paid subscription basis (SaaS). Billing fees are charged periodically (monthly or annually) and will be auto-debited using your registered payment method unless you cancel the subscription before the renewal date.
5. Data Deletion Policy (Soft & Hard Delete)
If you decide to delete or deactivate your tenant account, SalesView applies a data protection grace period:
- Soft Delete (30 Days): Your tenant data will be safely deactivated and hidden from daily operations for 30 days. You can restore the account and its data at any time during this period via the system admin dashboard.
- Hard Delete (Permanent): After the 30-day soft delete grace period expires without restoration, the system will permanently purge all your data from active servers and main databases. Permanently deleted data cannot be recovered.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, GILABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, goodwill, or data arising out of the use or inability to use our services.
